Zion’s Glory and New Name
62 For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,
And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet,
Until her (A)righteousness goes forth like brightness,
And her (B)salvation like a torch that is burning.
2 The (C)nations will see your righteousness,
And all kings your glory;
And you will be called by a new (D)name
Which the mouth of the Lord will designate.
3 You will also be a (E)crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord,
And a royal headband in the hand of your God.
4 It will no longer be said to you, “[a](F)Forsaken,”
Nor to your land will it any longer be said, “[b]Desolate”;
But you will be called, “[c]My delight is in her,”
And your land, “[d](G)Married”;
For the (H)Lord delights in you,
And to Him your land will be married.
5 For as a young man marries a virgin,
So your sons will marry you;
And as the [e]groom rejoices over the bride,
So your (I)God will rejoice over you.
6 On your walls, Jerusalem, I have appointed (J)watchmen;
All day and all night they will never keep silent.
You who (K)profess the Lord, take no rest for yourselves;
7 And (L)give Him no rest until He establishes
And makes (M)Jerusalem an object of praise on the earth.
8 (N)The Lord has sworn by His right hand and by His mighty arm:
“I will (O)never again give your grain as food for your enemies,
Nor will [f]foreigners drink your new wine for which you have labored.”
9 But those who (P)harvest it will eat it and praise the Lord;
And those who gather it will drink it in the courtyards of My sanctuary.
10 Go through, (Q)go through the gates,
Clear a way [g]for the people!
(R)Build up, build up the (S)highway,
Remove the stones, lift up a (T)flag over the peoples.
11 Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the (U)end of the earth:
(V)Say to the daughter of Zion, “Behold, your (W)salvation is coming;
(X)Behold His reward is with Him, and His compensation before Him.”
12 And they will call them, “(Y)The holy people,
The (Z)redeemed of the Lord”;
And you will be called, “Sought Out, A City (AA)Not Abandoned.”

62 For Zion’s sake I will not [a]hold My peace,
And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest,
Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness,
And her salvation as a lamp that burns.
2 (A)The Gentiles shall see your righteousness,
And all (B)kings your glory.
(C)You shall be called by a new name,
Which the mouth of the Lord will name.
3 You shall also be (D)a crown of glory
In the hand of the Lord,
And a royal diadem
In the hand of your God.
4 (E)You shall no longer be termed (F)Forsaken,[b]
Nor shall your land any more be termed (G)Desolate;[c]
But you shall be called [d]Hephzibah, and your land [e]Beulah;
For the Lord delights in you,
And your land shall be married.
5 For as a young man marries a virgin,
So shall your sons marry you;
And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride,
(H)So shall your God rejoice over you.
6 (I)I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem;
They shall [f]never hold their peace day or night.
You who [g]make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent,
7 And give Him no rest till He establishes
And till He makes Jerusalem (J)a praise in the earth.
8 The Lord has sworn by His right hand
And by the arm of His strength:
“Surely I will no longer (K)give your grain
As food for your enemies;
And the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine,
For which you have labored.
9 But those who have gathered it shall eat it,
And praise the Lord;
Those who have brought it together shall drink it (L)in My holy courts.”
10 Go through,
Go through the gates!
(M)Prepare the way for the people;
Build up,
Build up the highway!
Take out the stones,
(N)Lift up a banner for the peoples!
11 Indeed the Lord has proclaimed
To the end of the world:
(O)“Say to the daughter of Zion,
‘Surely your salvation is coming;
Behold, His (P)reward is with Him,
And His [h]work before Him.’ ”
12 And they shall call them The Holy People,
The Redeemed of the Lord;
And you shall be called Sought Out,
A City Not Forsaken.

ನೀತಿಯುತವಾದ ಹೊಸ ಜೆರುಸಲೇಮ್
62 ಚೀಯೋನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಆಕೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವೆನು.
ನಾನು ಜೆರುಸಲೇಮನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಅದರ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಧರ್ಮವು ಬೆಳಕಿನಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವ ತನಕ ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡುವೆನು.
ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಂತೆ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡುವೆನು.
2 ಆಗ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗದವರು ಆಕೆಯ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವರು.
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅರಸರುಗಳು ಆಕೆಯ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡುವರು.
ಆಗ ನಿನಗೊಂದು ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು;
ಯೆಹೋವನು ತಾನೇ ಆ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವನು.
3 ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಪಡುವನು.
ನೀನು ಆತನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಕಿರೀಟದಂತಿರುವೆ.
4 ದೇವರು ತೊರೆದ ಜನಾಂಗವೆಂದೂ ದೇವರು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶವೆಂದೂ
ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾರೂ ಕರೆಯುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
“ದೇವರ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಜನರು” ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವಿ.
ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶವು “ದೇವರ ಮದಲಗಿತ್ತಿ” ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವದು.
ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ;
ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶವು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದೆ.
5 ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನು ಕನ್ನಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿ ಮದುವೆಯಾಗುವನು; ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವನು.
ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ವಿವಾಹವಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ದೇಶವು ತುಂಬಿಹೋಗುವಷ್ಟು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಆತನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ಒಬ್ಬನು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಮದುವೆಯಾದ ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೊಡನೆ
ಉಲ್ಲಾಸದಿಂದಿರುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುವನು.
6 ಜೆರುಸಲೇಮೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ಕಾವಲುಗಾರರನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಆ ಕಾವಲುಗಾರರು ಮೌನವಾಗಿರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಅವರು ಹಗಲಿರುಳು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇರುವರು.
ಕಾವಲುಗಾರರೇ, ನೀವು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇರಬೇಕು.
ಆತನ ವಾಗ್ದಾನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ಆತನ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.
ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಡಿ.
7 ಜೆರುಸಲೇಮ್ ನಗರವು ಜನರ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರವಾಗುವಂತೆ
ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮಾಡುವ ತನಕ ನೀವು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು.
8 ಯೆಹೋವನು ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆತನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಹೆಸರೇ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದಿಂದ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವನು.
ಯೆಹೋವನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ನಿನ್ನ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ವೈರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ನೀನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ವೈರಿಗಳು ಸೇವಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
9 ಒಬ್ಬನು ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಿ ತಾನೇ ತಿನ್ನುವನು. ಅವನು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವನು.
ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ಶೇಖರಿಸುವವನು ಅದರ ರಸವನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುವನು. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ನನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವದು.”[a]
10 ದ್ವಾರಗಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ.
ಜನರು ಬರುವದಕ್ಕೆ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಮಾಡಿರಿ.
ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿರಿ.
ಅದರ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡಿರಿ.
ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಏರಿಸಿರಿ.
11 ಇಗೋ, ಯೆಹೋವನು ದೂರದೇಶಗಳವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ,
“ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿರಿ:
‘ನೋಡು, ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಕನು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ.’”
12 ಆತನ ಜನರು “ಪವಿತ್ರಜನ”ರೆಂದೂ,
“ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವ”ರೆಂದೂ ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವರು.
ಜೆರುಸಲೇಮ್, “ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಪಟ್ಟಣ”ವೆಂದೂ,
“ದೇವರಿರುವ ಪಟ್ಟಣ”ವೆಂದೂ ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವದು.

62 Magsasalita ako para lumakas ang loob ng Jerusalem.
Hindi ako tatahimik hanggang hindi niya nakakamit ang kaligtasan;
hanggang sa makita ang kanyang tagumpay na parang sulong nagliliyab.
2 Makikita ng mga bansa ang pagpapawalang-sala sa iyo,
at ng lahat ng hari ang iyong kaningningan.
Ikaw ay tatawagin sa isang bagong pangalan,
na si Yahweh mismo ang magkakaloob.
3 Ikaw ay magiging magandang korona sa kamay ni Yahweh, isang maharlikang putong na hawak ng Diyos.
4 Hindi ka na tatawaging ‘Pinabayaan,’
at ang lupain mo'y hindi na rin tatawaging ‘Asawang Iniwanan.’
Ang itatawag na sa iyo'y ‘Kinalulugdan ng Diyos,’
at ang lupain mo'y tatawaging ‘Maligayang Asawa,’
sapagkat si Yahweh ay nalulugod sa iyo,
at ikaw ay magiging parang asawa sa iyong lupain.
5 Tulad ng isang binatang ikinakasal sa isang birhen,
ikaw ay pakakasalan ng sa iyo ay lumikha,
kung paanong nagagalak ang binata sa kanyang kasintahan,
ganoon din ang kagalakan ng Diyos sa iyo.
6 Naglagay ako ng mga bantay sa mga pader mo, Jerusalem;
hindi sila tatahimik araw at gabi.
Ipapaalala nila kay Yahweh ang kanyang pangako,
upang hindi niya ito makalimutan.
7 Huwag ninyo siyang pagpapahingahin
hanggang hindi niya naitatatag muli itong Jerusalem;
isang lunsod na pinupuri ng buong mundo.
8 Sumumpa si Yahweh at gagawin niya iyon
sa pamamagitan ng kanyang kapangyarihan:
“Hindi na ibibigay ang inyong ani upang kainin ng mga kaaway;
hindi rin makakainom ang mga dayuhan, sa alak na inyong pinaghirapan.
9 Kayong nagpagod at nagpakahirap, nagtanim, nag-ani,
ang siyang makikinabang at magpupuri kay Yahweh;
kayong nag-alaga at nagpakahirap sa mga ubasan,
kayo ang iinom ng alak sa mga bulwagan ng aking Templo.”
10 Pumasok kayo at dumaan sa mga pintuan!
Gumawa kayo ng daan para sa ating kababayang nagsisibalik!
Maghanda kayo ng malawak na lansangan! Alisan ninyo ito ng mga bato!
Maglagay kayo ng mga tanda upang malaman ng mga bansa,
11 na(A) si Yahweh ay nagpapahayag sa buong lupa:
Sabihin mo sa mga taga-Zion,
“Narito, dumarating na ang inyong Tagapagligtas;
dala niya ang gantimpala sa mga hinirang.”
12 Sila'y tatawagin ng mga tao na ‘Bayang Banal, na Tinubos ni Yahweh.’
Tatawagin silang ‘Lunsod na Minamahal ng Diyos,’
‘Lunsod na hindi Pinabayaan ng Diyos.’
