Certeza de la salvación
62 Por amor de Sión no callaré,
y por amor de Jerusalén no me estaré quieto,
hasta que salga su justicia(A) como resplandor,
y su salvación(B) se encienda como antorcha.
2 Entonces verán las naciones tu justicia(C),
y todos los reyes tu gloria,
y te llamarán con un nombre nuevo(D),
que la boca del Señor determinará.
3 Serás también corona de hermosura en la mano del Señor,
y diadema[a](E) real en la palma de tu Dios.
4 Nunca más se dirá de ti: Abandonada[b](F),
ni de tu tierra se dirá jamás: Desolada[c];
sino que se te llamará: Mi deleite está en ella[d],
y a tu tierra: Desposada[e](G);
porque en ti se deleita el Señor(H),
y tu tierra será desposada.
5 Porque como el joven se desposa con la doncella,
se desposarán contigo tus hijos;
y como se regocija el[f] esposo por la esposa,
tu Dios se regocijará por ti(I).
6 Sobre tus murallas, oh Jerusalén, he puesto centinelas(J);
en todo el día y en toda la noche jamás callarán.
Los que hacéis que el Señor recuerde(K), no os deis descanso,
7 ni le concedáis descanso hasta que la restablezca(L),
hasta que haga de Jerusalén una alabanza en la tierra(M).
8 El Señor ha jurado por su diestra y por su fuerte brazo(N):
Nunca más daré tu grano por alimento a tus enemigos(O),
ni hijos de extranjeros beberán tu mosto por el que trabajaste;
9 pero los que lo cosechen, lo comerán y alabarán al Señor;
y los que lo recolecten, lo beberán en los atrios de mi santuario(P).
10 Pasad, pasad por las puertas(Q);
abrid camino al[g] pueblo(R).
Construid, construid la calzada(S);
quitad las piedras, alzad estandarte sobre los pueblos(T).
11 He aquí, el Señor ha proclamado hasta los confines de la tierra(U):
Decid a la hija de Sión(V): «He aquí, tu salvación viene(W);
he aquí, su galardón está con Él, y delante de Él su recompensa(X)».
12 Y los llamarán: Pueblo Santo(Y),
redimidos del Señor(Z).
Y a ti te llamarán: Buscada, ciudad no abandonada(AA).

Zion’s New Name
62 For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,(A)
for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet,
till her vindication(B) shines out like the dawn,(C)
her salvation(D) like a blazing torch.
2 The nations(E) will see your vindication,
and all kings your glory;
you will be called by a new name(F)
that the mouth of the Lord will bestow.
3 You will be a crown(G) of splendor in the Lord’s hand,
a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
4 No longer will they call you Deserted,(H)
or name your land Desolate.(I)
But you will be called Hephzibah,[a](J)
and your land Beulah[b];
for the Lord will take delight(K) in you,
and your land will be married.(L)
5 As a young man marries a young woman,
so will your Builder marry you;
as a bridegroom(M) rejoices over his bride,
so will your God rejoice(N) over you.
6 I have posted watchmen(O) on your walls, Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the Lord,
give yourselves no rest,(P)
7 and give him no rest(Q) till he establishes Jerusalem
and makes her the praise(R) of the earth.
8 The Lord has sworn(S) by his right hand
and by his mighty arm:
“Never again will I give your grain(T)
as food for your enemies,
and never again will foreigners drink the new wine
for which you have toiled;
9 but those who harvest it will eat(U) it
and praise the Lord,(V)
and those who gather the grapes will drink it
in the courts of my sanctuary.”(W)
10 Pass through, pass through the gates!(X)
Prepare the way for the people.
Build up, build up the highway!(Y)
Remove the stones.
Raise a banner(Z) for the nations.
11 The Lord has made proclamation
to the ends of the earth:(AA)
“Say to Daughter Zion,(AB)
‘See, your Savior comes!(AC)
See, his reward is with him,
and his recompense accompanies him.’”(AD)
12 They will be called(AE) the Holy People,(AF)
the Redeemed(AG) of the Lord;
and you will be called Sought After,
the City No Longer Deserted.(AH)
