Isaiah 61:10-62:3

New King James Version

¹⁰^(A)I will greatly rejoice in the Lord,
My soul shall be joyful in my God;
For ^(B)He has clothed me with the garments of salvation,
He has covered me with the robe of righteousness,
^(C)As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments,
And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
¹¹For as the earth brings forth its bud,
As the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth,
So the Lord God will cause ^(D)righteousness and ^(E)praise to spring forth before all the nations.

Assurance of Zion’s Salvation

62 For Zion’s sake I will not ^[a]hold My peace,
And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest,
Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness,
And her salvation as a lamp that burns.
²^(F)The Gentiles shall see your righteousness,
And all ^(G)kings your glory.
^(H)You shall be called by a new name,
Which the mouth of the Lord will name.
³You shall also be ^(I)a crown of glory
In the hand of the Lord,
And a royal diadem
In the hand of your God.
