Isaiah 54:9-10

9 “For [a]this is like the days of Noah to Me,
When I swore that the waters of Noah
Would (A)not [b]flood the earth again;
So I have sworn that I will (B)not be angry with you
Nor rebuke you.
10 For the (C)mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,
But My [c]favor will not be removed from you,
Nor will My (D)covenant of peace be shaken,”
Says (E)the Lord who has compassion on you.

but even then my faithful love for you will remain.
My covenant of blessing will never be broken,”
