Isaiah 54:9-10
Legacy Standard Bible

9 “For [a]this is like the days of Noah to Me,
When I swore that the waters of Noah
Would (A)not [b]overflow the earth again;
So I have sworn that I will (B)not be furious with you
Nor will I rebuke you.
10 For the (C)mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,
But My lovingkindness will not be removed from you,
And My (D)covenant of peace will not be shaken,”
Says (E)Yahweh who has compassion on you.

That the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth,
So have I sworn
That I would not be angry with (B)you, nor rebuke you.
10 For (C)the mountains shall depart
And the hills be removed,
(D)But My kindness shall not depart from you,
Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,”
Says the Lord, who has mercy on you.
