54 你 這 不 懷 孕 、 不 生 養 的 要 歌 唱 ； 你 這 未 曾 經 過 產 難 的 要 發 聲 歌 唱 ， 揚 聲 歡 呼 ； 因 為 沒 有 丈 夫 的 比 有 丈 夫 的 兒 女 更 多 。 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
2 要 擴 張 你 帳 幕 之 地 ， 張 大 你 居 所 的 幔 子 ， 不 要 限 止 ； 要 放 長 你 的 繩 子 ， 堅 固 你 的 橛 子 。
3 因 為 你 要 向 左 向 右 開 展 ； 你 的 後 裔 必 得 多 國 為 業 ， 又 使 荒 涼 的 城 邑 有 人 居 住 。
4 不 要 懼 怕 ， 因 你 必 不 致 蒙 羞 ； 也 不 要 抱 愧 ， 因 你 必 不 致 受 辱 。 你 必 忘 記 幼 年 的 羞 愧 ， 不 再 記 念 你 寡 居 的 羞 辱 。
5 因 為 造 你 的 是 你 的 丈 夫 ； 萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 是 他 的 名 。 救 贖 你 的 是 以 色 列 的 聖 者 ； 他 必 稱 為 全 地 之 神 。
6 耶 和 華 召 你 ， 如 召 被 離 棄 心 中 憂 傷 的 妻 ， 就 是 幼 年 所 娶 被 棄 的 妻 。 這 是 你 神 所 說 的 。
7 我 離 棄 你 不 過 片 時 ， 卻 要 施 大 恩 將 你 收 回 。
8 我 的 怒 氣 漲 溢 ， 頃 刻 之 間 向 你 掩 面 ， 卻 要 以 永 遠 的 慈 愛 憐 恤 你 。 這 是 耶 和 華 ─ 你 的 救 贖 主 說 的 。
9 這 事 在 我 好 像 挪 亞 的 洪 水 。 我 怎 樣 起 誓 不 再 使 挪 亞 的 洪 水 漫 過 遍 地 ， 我 也 照 樣 起 誓 不 再 向 你 發 怒 ， 也 不 斥 責 你 。
10 大 山 可 以 挪 開 ， 小 山 可 以 遷 移 ； 但 我 的 慈 愛 必 不 離 開 你 ； 我 平 安 的 約 也 不 遷 移 。 這 是 憐 恤 你 的 耶 和 華 說 的 。
11 你 這 受 困 苦 、 被 風 飄 蕩 不 得 安 慰 的 人 哪 ， 我 必 以 彩 色 安 置 你 的 石 頭 ， 以 藍 寶 石 立 定 你 的 根 基 ；
12 又 以 紅 寶 石 造 你 的 女 牆 ， 以 紅 玉 造 你 的 城 門 ， 以 寶 石 造 你 四 圍 的 邊 界 （ 或 譯 ： 外 郭 ） 。
13 你 的 兒 女 都 要 受 耶 和 華 的 教 訓 ； 你 的 兒 女 必 大 享 平 安 。
14 你 必 因 公 義 得 堅 立 ， 必 遠 離 欺 壓 ， 不 致 害 怕 ； 你 必 遠 離 驚 嚇 ， 驚 嚇 必 不 臨 近 你 。
15 即 或 有 人 聚 集 ， 卻 不 由 於 我 ； 凡 聚 集 攻 擊 你 的 ， 必 因 你 仆 倒 （ 或 譯 ： 投 降 你 ） 。
16 吹 噓 炭 火 、 打 造 合 用 器 械 的 鐵 匠 是 我 所 造 ； 殘 害 人 、 行 毀 滅 的 也 是 我 所 造 。
17 凡 為 攻 擊 你 造 成 的 器 械 必 不 利 用 ； 凡 在 審 判 時 興 起 用 舌 攻 擊 你 的 ， 你 必 定 他 為 有 罪 。 這 是 耶 和 華 僕 人 的 產 業 ， 是 他 們 從 我 所 得 的 義 。 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。

54 “¡Alégrate, oh estéril que nunca has dado a luz! Prorrumpe en cánticos y grita de júbilo, tú que nunca tuviste dolores de parto. Porque más son los hijos de la desolada que los de la desposada”, ha dicho el SEÑOR.
2 “Ensancha el sitio de tu tienda, y sean extendidos los tapices de tus moradas. No te limites; alarga tus cuerdas y afirma tus estacas. 3 Porque vas a extenderte a la derecha y a la izquierda; tus descendientes heredarán naciones y habitarán las ciudades desoladas.
4 “No temas, porque no serás avergonzada; no seas confundida, porque no serás afrentada. Pues te olvidarás de la vergüenza de tu juventud, y de la afrenta de tu viudez no tendrás más memoria. 5 Porque tu marido es tu Hacedor; el SEÑOR de los Ejércitos es su nombre. Tu Redentor, el Santo de Israel, será llamado Dios de toda la tierra. 6 Porque el SEÑOR te ha llamado como a una mujer abandonada y triste de espíritu, como a la esposa de la juventud que ha sido repudiada, dice tu Dios. 7 Por un breve momento te dejé, pero con gran compasión te recogeré. 8 Al desbordarse mi ira, escondí de ti mi rostro por un momento; pero con misericordia eterna me compadeceré de ti, dice tu Redentor el SEÑOR. 9 Esto será para mí como en los días de Noé[a]: Como juré que las aguas de Noé nunca más pasarían sobre la tierra[b], así he jurado que no me enojaré contra ti ni te reprenderé. 10 Aunque los montes se debiliten y las colinas se derrumben, mi misericordia no se apartará de ti. Mi pacto de paz será inconmovible, ha dicho el SEÑOR, quien tiene compasión de ti.
11 “¡Pobrecita, fatigada por la tempestad y sin consuelo! He aquí que yo asentaré tus piedras sobre turquesas[c] y pondré tus cimientos sobre zafiros. 12 Haré tus almenas de rubíes y tus puertas de berilo; y todo tu muro alrededor, de piedras preciosas.
13 “Todos tus hijos serán enseñados por el SEÑOR, y grande será la paz de tus hijos. 14 En justicia estarás afirmada. Estarás apartada de la opresión, la cual no temerás; y lejos del terror, el cual no se acercará a ti. 15 Si alguno te ataca ferozmente, no será de mi parte; quien te ataque caerá ante ti. 16 He aquí, yo he creado al herrero que sopla los carbones en el fuego y que saca una herramienta para su trabajo; también yo he creado al destructor para destruir. 17 No prosperará ninguna herramienta que sea fabricada contra ti. Tú condenarás toda lengua que se levante contra ti en el juicio. Esta es la heredad de los siervos del SEÑOR, y su vindicación de parte mía”, dice el SEÑOR.

54 “Sing, barren woman,(A)
you who never bore a child;
burst into song, shout for joy,(B)
you who were never in labor;(C)
because more are the children(D) of the desolate(E) woman
than of her who has a husband,(F)”
says the Lord.
2 “Enlarge the place of your tent,(G)
stretch your tent curtains wide,
do not hold back;
lengthen your cords,
strengthen your stakes.(H)
3 For you will spread out to the right and to the left;
your descendants(I) will dispossess nations(J)
and settle in their desolate(K) cities.
4 “Do not be afraid;(L) you will not be put to shame.(M)
Do not fear disgrace;(N) you will not be humiliated.
You will forget the shame of your youth(O)
and remember no more the reproach(P) of your widowhood.(Q)
5 For your Maker(R) is your husband(S)—
the Lord Almighty is his name—
the Holy One(T) of Israel is your Redeemer;(U)
he is called the God of all the earth.(V)
6 The Lord will call you back(W)
as if you were a wife deserted(X) and distressed in spirit—
a wife who married young,(Y)
only to be rejected,” says your God.
7 “For a brief moment(Z) I abandoned(AA) you,
but with deep compassion(AB) I will bring you back.(AC)
8 In a surge of anger(AD)
I hid(AE) my face from you for a moment,
but with everlasting kindness(AF)
I will have compassion(AG) on you,”
says the Lord your Redeemer.(AH)
9 “To me this is like the days of Noah,
when I swore that the waters of Noah would never again cover the earth.(AI)
So now I have sworn(AJ) not to be angry(AK) with you,
never to rebuke(AL) you again.
10 Though the mountains be shaken(AM)
and the hills be removed,
yet my unfailing love(AN) for you will not be shaken(AO)
nor my covenant(AP) of peace(AQ) be removed,”
says the Lord, who has compassion(AR) on you.
11 “Afflicted(AS) city, lashed by storms(AT) and not comforted,(AU)
I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise,[a](AV)
your foundations(AW) with lapis lazuli.(AX)
12 I will make your battlements of rubies,
your gates(AY) of sparkling jewels,
and all your walls of precious stones.
13 All your children will be taught by the Lord,(AZ)
and great will be their peace.(BA)
14 In righteousness(BB) you will be established:(BC)
Tyranny(BD) will be far from you;
you will have nothing to fear.(BE)
Terror(BF) will be far removed;
it will not come near you.
15 If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing;
whoever attacks you will surrender(BG) to you.
16 “See, it is I who created the blacksmith(BH)
who fans the coals into flame
and forges a weapon(BI) fit for its work.
And it is I who have created the destroyer(BJ) to wreak havoc;
17 no weapon forged against you will prevail,(BK)
and you will refute(BL) every tongue that accuses you.
This is the heritage of the servants(BM) of the Lord,
and this is their vindication(BN) from me,”
declares the Lord.
