Isaiah 53:10-12
Modern English Version
10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; He has put him to grief.
If he made himself as an offering for sin,
he shall see his offspring, he shall prolong his days,
and the good pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
11 He shall see of the anguish of his soul
and be satisfied.
By his knowledge My righteous servant shall justify the many,
for he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore, I will divide him a portion with the great,
and he shall divide the spoil with the strong,
because he poured out his soul to death,
and he was numbered with the transgressors,
thus he bore the sin of many
and made intercession for the transgressors.

10 Yet[a] Yahweh was pleased to crush him;
he made him sick.[b]
If she[c] places[d] his life a guilt offering,[e]
he will see offspring.
He will prolong days,
and the will of Yahweh will succeed in his hand.
11 From the trouble of his life[f] he will see;[g]
he will be satisfied.
In his knowledge, the righteous one, my servant, shall declare many righteous,[h]
and he is the one who will bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore, I will divide to him a portion among the many,[i]
and with the strong ones he will divide bounty,
because[j] he poured his life out to death
and was counted with the transgressors;
and[k] he was the one who bore the sin of many
and will intercede for the transgressors.
