^18 (A)Lift up your eyes, look around and see;
All these gather together and come to you.
As I live,” says the Lord,
“You shall surely clothe yourselves with them all ^(B)as an ornament,
And bind them on you as a bride does.

54 “Sing, O ^(A)barren,
You who have not borne!
Break forth into singing, and cry aloud,
You who have not labored with child!
For more are the children of the desolate
Than the children of the married woman,” says the Lord.
² “Enlarge^(B) the place of your tent,
And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings;
Do not spare;
Lengthen your cords,
And strengthen your stakes.
³ For you shall expand to the right and to the left,
And your descendants will ^(C)inherit the nations,
And make the desolate cities inhabited.

⁷ “For^(A) a mere moment I have forsaken you,
But with great mercies ^(B)I will gather you.

¹² Surely ^(A)these shall come from afar;
Look! Those from the north and the west,
And these from the land of Sinim.”

^5 (A)Fear not, for I am with you;
I will bring your descendants from the east,
And ^(B)gather you from the west;
⁶ I will say to the ^(C)north, ‘Give them up!’
And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’
Bring My sons from afar,
And My daughters from the ends of the earth—
