Isaiah 44:3-5

New International Version

³For I will pour water^(A) on the thirsty land,
    and streams on the dry ground;^(B)
I will pour out my Spirit^(C) on your offspring,
    and my blessing^(D) on your descendants.^(E)
⁴They will spring up like grass^(F) in a meadow,
    like poplar trees^(G) by flowing streams.^(H)
⁵Some will say, ‘I belong^(I) to the Lord’;
    others will call themselves by the name of Jacob;
still others will write on their hand,^(J) ‘The Lord’s,’^(K)
    and will take the name Israel.
