²⁰ For ^(A)you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body ^[a]and in your spirit, which are God’s.

¹⁸ But ^(A)those things which God foretold ^(B)by the mouth of all His prophets, that the Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. ^19 (C)Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

¹⁸ knowing that you were not redeemed with ^[a]corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, ¹⁹ but ^(A)with the precious blood of Christ, ^(B)as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

¹² teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, ^13 (A)looking for the blessed ^(B)hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, ^14 (C)who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed ^(D)and purify for Himself ^(E)His own special people, zealous for good works.

⁸ I will ^(A)cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned and by which they have transgressed against Me.
