¹² Who has ^(A)measured the ^[a]waters in the hollow of His hand,
And marked off the heavens by the ^[b]span,
And ^[c]calculated the dust of the earth by the measure,
And weighed the mountains in a balance
And the hills in a pair of scales?

²² It is He who ^[a]sits above the ^[b](A)circle of the earth,
And its inhabitants are like ^(B)grasshoppers,
Who ^(C)stretches out the heavens like a ^(D)curtain
And spreads them out like a ^(E)tent to dwell in.

^26 (A)Lift up your eyes on high
And see ^(B)who has created these stars,
The ^(C)One who leads forth their host by number,
He calls them all by name;
Because of the ^(D)greatness of His might and the ^[a]strength of His power,
^(E)Not one of them is missing.
