4 On that day seven women
will seize one man,(A) saying,
‘We will eat our own bread
and provide our own clothing.
Just let us bear your name.
Take away our disgrace.’(B)
Zion’s Future Glory
2 On that day the Branch[a] of the Lord will be beautiful and glorious,(C) and the fruit of the land(D) will be the pride and glory(E) of Israel’s survivors.(F) 3 Whoever remains in Zion and whoever is left in Jerusalem(G) will be called holy(H) – all in Jerusalem written in the book of life[b](I) – 4 when the Lord has washed away the filth(J) of the daughters of Zion and cleansed the bloodguilt(K) from the heart of Jerusalem by a spirit of judgement(L) and a spirit of burning.(M) 5 Then the Lord will create(N) a cloud of smoke by day(O) and a glowing flame of fire by night over the entire site of Mount Zion and over its assemblies. For there will be a canopy over all the glory,[c] 6 and there will be a shelter for shade from heat by day and a refuge and shelter from storm and rain.(P)

4 (A)And seven women (B)shall take hold of (C)one man in that day, saying, “We will eat our own bread and wear our own clothes, only let us be called by your name; (D)take away our reproach.”
The Branch of the Lord Glorified
2 In that day (E)the branch of the Lord shall be beautiful and glorious, and (F)the fruit of the land shall be the pride and honor of the survivors of Israel. 3 (G)And he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called (H)holy, everyone who has (I)been recorded for life in Jerusalem, 4 when (J)the Lord shall have washed away the filth of (K)the daughters of Zion and cleansed the bloodstains of Jerusalem from its midst by a spirit of judgment and by (L)a spirit of burning.[a] 5 Then the Lord will create over the whole site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies (M)a cloud by day, and smoke and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory there will be (N)a canopy. 6 (O)There will be a (P)booth for shade by day from the heat, and (Q)for a refuge and a shelter from the storm and rain.

sera splendide et glorieux,
et le fruit du pays sera source de fierté et d’honneur
pour les rescapés d'Israël.
3 Ceux qui subsisteront à Sion, ceux qui auront survécu à Jérusalem
seront appelés saints,
tous ceux qui seront inscrits pour la vie à Jérusalem.
4 Cela arrivera lorsque le Seigneur aura lavé les souillures des filles de Sion
et purifié Jérusalem du sang qui se trouve au milieu d'elle

et pour servir de refuge et de protection contre l'orage et la pluie.
