Isaiah 37:6-8
Common English Bible
6 Isaiah said to them, “Say this to your master: The Lord says this: Don’t be afraid at the words you heard, which the officers of Assyria’s king have used to insult me. 7 I’m about to mislead him, so when he hears a rumor, he’ll go back to his own country. Then I’ll have him cut down by the sword in his own land.”
8 The field commander heard that the Assyrian king had left Lachish. So he went back to the king and found him attacking Libnah.

Isaiah 37:6-8
New International Version
6 Isaiah said to them, “Tell your master, ‘This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid(A) of what you have heard—those words with which the underlings of the king of Assyria have blasphemed(B) me. 7 Listen! When he hears a certain report,(C) I will make him want(D) to return to his own country, and there I will have him cut down(E) with the sword.’”
8 When the field commander heard that the king of Assyria had left Lachish,(F) he withdrew and found the king fighting against Libnah.(G)
