Isaiah 33:11-13

New International Version

¹¹You conceive^(A) chaff,
    you give birth^(B) to straw;
    your breath is a fire^(C) that consumes you.
¹²The peoples will be burned to ashes;^(D)
    like cut thornbushes^(E) they will be set ablaze.^(F)”

¹³You who are far away,^(G) hear^(H) what I have done;
you who are near, acknowledge my power!

¹²And the people shall be as the burnings of lime: as thorns cut up shall they be burned in the fire.
