Isaiah 29:19-24

New International Version

¹⁹ Once more the humble^(A) will rejoice in the Lord;
    the needy^(B) will rejoice in the Holy One^(C) of Israel.
²⁰ The ruthless^(D) will vanish,^(E)
    the mockers^(F) will disappear,
    and all who have an eye for evil^(G) will be cut down—
²¹ those who with a word make someone out to be guilty,
    who ensnare the defender in court^(H)
    and with false testimony^(I) deprive the innocent of justice.^(J)

“No longer will Jacob be ashamed;^(M)
    no longer will their faces grow pale.^(N)
23 When they see among them their children,^(O)
    the work of my hands,^(P)
they will keep my name holy;^(Q)
    they will acknowledge the holiness of the Holy One^(R) of Jacob,
    and will stand in awe of the God of Israel.
²⁴ Those who are wayward^(S) in spirit will gain understanding;^(T)
    those who complain will accept instruction.”^(U)
