²⁰ “In that day^(C) I will summon my servant,^(D) Eliakim^(E) son of Hilkiah. ²¹ I will clothe him with your robe and fasten your sash^(F) around him and hand your authority^(G) over to him. He will be a father to those who live in Jerusalem and to the people of Judah. ²² I will place on his shoulder^(H) the key^(I) to the house of David;^(J) what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.^{(K) 23} I will drive him like a peg^(L) into a firm place;^(M) he will become a seat^[a] of honor^(N) for the house of his father.

¹⁹ I will give you the keys^(A) of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be^[a] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be^[b] loosed in heaven.”^(B)
