Isaiah 65:3-5
International Standard Version
3 a people who continually provoke me to my face;
they[a] keep sacrificing in gardens
and waving their hands[b] over stone[c] altars;
4 who sit among graves,
and spend the night in secret places;
who eat pigs’ meat,
with the broth[d] of detestable things in[e] their pots;
5 who say, ‘Keep to yourself!’
‘Don’t touch[f] me!’ and ‘I am[g] too holy for you!’
“Such people are smoke in my nostrils,
a fire that keeps burning all day long.

Isaiah 65:3-5
New International Version
3 a people who continually provoke me
to my very face,(A)
offering sacrifices in gardens(B)
and burning incense(C) on altars of brick;
4 who sit among the graves(D)
and spend their nights keeping secret vigil;
who eat the flesh of pigs,(E)
and whose pots hold broth of impure meat;
5 who say, ‘Keep away; don’t come near me,
for I am too sacred(F) for you!’
Such people are smoke(G) in my nostrils,
a fire that keeps burning all day.
