And they shall build the old waste places, and raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the cities that were desolate and waste through many [a]generations.

And the strangers shall [b]stand and feed your sheep, and the sons of the strangers shall be your plowmen, and dressers of your vines.

But ye shall be named the [c]Priests of the Lord, and men shall say unto you, The ministers of our God: Ye shall eat the [d]riches of the Gentiles, and shall be exalted with their glory.

For your shame you shall receive [e]double, and for confusion, [f]they shall rejoice in [g]their portion: for in their land they shall possess the [h]double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.

For I the Lord love judgment, and hate [i]robbery for burnt offering, and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.

And [j]their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their buds among the people. All that see them, shall know them, that they are the seed which the Lord hath blessed.

and instead of disgrace
    you will rejoice in your inheritance.

    and everlasting joy(H) will be yours.

    I hate robbery and wrongdoing.
In my faithfulness I will reward my people
    and make an everlasting covenant(J) with them.
Their descendants(K) will be known among the nations
    and their offspring among the peoples.
All who see them will acknowledge
