Isaiah 59:19-21

19 So they shall fear the name of the Lord from the west,
and his glory from the rising of the sun;
for he will come like a rushing stream,
which the wind of the Lord drives.
20 “And he will come to Zion as Redeemer,
to those in Jacob who turn from transgression, says the Lord.
21 “And as for me, this is my covenant with them, say the Lord: my spirit which is upon you, and my words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your children, or out of the mouth of your children’s children, says the Lord, from this time forth and for evermore.”

New International Version
19 From the west,(A) people will fear the name of the Lord,
and from the rising of the sun,(B) they will revere his glory.(C)
For he will come like a pent-up flood
that the breath(D) of the Lord drives along.[a]
20 “The Redeemer(E) will come to Zion,(F)
to those in Jacob who repent of their sins,”(G)
declares the Lord.
21 “As for me, this is my covenant(H) with them,” says the Lord. “My Spirit,(I) who is on you, will not depart from you,(J) and my words that I have put in your mouth(K) will always be on your lips, on the lips of your children and on the lips of their descendants—from this time on and forever,” says the Lord.
