18 I have seen what they have done, but I will heal them.
I will guide them and comfort them.
And those who were sad will praise me.
19 I will give peace, real peace, to those far and near.
And I will heal them,” says the Lord.
20 But evil people are like the angry sea.
It cannot rest.
Its waves toss up waste and mud.

19 creating praise on their lips.(D)

20 But the wicked(G) are like the tossing sea,(H)
which cannot rest,
whose waves cast up mire(I) and mud.
