¹¹ Yes, they are ^(A)greedy^[a] dogs
Which ^(B)never^[b] have enough.
And they are shepherds
Who cannot understand;
They all look to their own way,
Every one for his own gain,
From his own territory.

¹⁰ Therefore ^(A)I will give their wives to others,
And their fields to those who will inherit them;
Because from the least even to the greatest
Everyone is given to ^(B)covetousness;
From the prophet even to the priest
Everyone deals falsely.

¹⁷ “Yet^(A) your eyes and your heart are for nothing but your covetousness,
For shedding innocent blood,
And practicing oppression and violence.”
