^10 (A)Fear not, O Jacob My ^[a]servant,’ declares Yahweh,
‘And do not be dismayed, O Israel;
For behold, I will save you ^(B)from afar
And your seed from the land of their captivity.
And Jacob will return and will be ^(C)quiet and at ease,
And ^(D)no one will make him tremble.

^16 (A)In that day it will be said to Jerusalem:
“^(B)Do not fear, O Zion;
^(C)Do not let your hands fall limp.
¹⁷ Yahweh your God is ^(D)in your midst,
A ^(E)mighty one who will save.
He will ^(F)be joyful over you with gladness;
He will ^[a]be quiet in His love;
He will rejoice over you with joyful singing.
