7 (A)Who is like me? Let him proclaim it.[a]
Let him declare and set it before me,
since I appointed an ancient people.
Let them declare what is to come, and what will happen.
8 Fear not, nor be afraid;
have I not told you from of old and declared it?
(B)And you are my witnesses!
(C)Is there a God besides me?
There is no (D)Rock; I know not any.”

what has happened since I established my ancient people,
and what is yet to come—
yes, let them foretell(B) what will come.
8 Do not tremble, do not be afraid.
Did I not proclaim(C) this and foretell it long ago?
You are my witnesses. Is there any God(D) besides me?
No, there is no other Rock;(E) I know not one.”
