This is what the Lord says, He who made you
And (A)formed you from the womb, who (B)will help you:
(C)Do not fear, Jacob My servant,
And [a](D)Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.
For (E)I will pour water on [b]the thirsty land
And streams on the dry ground;
I will (F)pour out My Spirit on your (G)offspring,
And My blessing on your descendants;
And they will spring up [c]among the grass
Like (H)poplars by streams of water.’
