8 The grass withers, the flowers fade, but the word of our God shall stand forever.”
9 O crier of good news, shout to Jerusalem from the mountaintops! Shout louder—don’t be afraid—tell the cities of Judah, “Your God is coming!” 10 Yes, the Lord God is coming with mighty power; he will rule with awesome strength. See, his reward is with him, to each as he has done.

Isaiah 40:8-10
New International Version
9 You who bring good news(E) to Zion,
go up on a high mountain.
You who bring good news to Jerusalem,[a](F)
lift up your voice with a shout,
lift it up, do not be afraid;
say to the towns of Judah,
“Here is your God!”(G)
10 See, the Sovereign Lord comes(H) with power,(I)
and he rules(J) with a mighty arm.(K)
See, his reward(L) is with him,
and his recompense accompanies him.
