26 Lift up your eyes on high, [a]and see who hath created these, that bringeth out their host by number; he calleth them all by name; by the greatness of his might, and for that he is strong in power, not one is lacking.
27 Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel, My way is hid from Jehovah, and the justice due to me is passed away from my God? 28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard? [b]The everlasting God, Jehovah, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary; there is no searching of his understanding.

26 Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens:(A)
Who created(B) all these?
He who brings out the starry host(C) one by one
and calls forth each of them by name.
Because of his great power and mighty strength,(D)
not one of them is missing.(E)
27 Why do you complain, Jacob?
Why do you say, Israel,
“My way is hidden from the Lord;
my cause is disregarded by my God”?(F)
28 Do you not know?
Have you not heard?(G)
The Lord is the everlasting(H) God,
the Creator(I) of the ends of the earth.(J)
He will not grow tired or weary,(K)
and his understanding no one can fathom.(L)
