New American Standard Bible

22 It is He who [a]sits above the [b](A)circle of the earth,
And its inhabitants are like (B)grasshoppers,
Who (C)stretches out the heavens like a (D)curtain
And spreads them out like a (E)tent to live in.
23 It is He who reduces (F)rulers to nothing,
Who (G)makes the judges of the earth [c]meaningless.
