^10 (A) Look! The powerful Lord God
is coming to rule
    with his mighty arm.
He brings with him
what he has taken in war,
    and he rewards his people.

^11 (A) Here is what the Lord has said
    for all the earth to hear:
“Soon I will come to save
the city of Zion
    and to reward you.

^4 (A) Treat them as they deserve!
    Punish them for their sins.
