37 Then Sennach′erib king of Assyria departed, and went home and dwelt at Nin′eveh. 38 And as he was worshiping in the house of Nisroch his god, Adram′melech and Share′zer, his sons, slew him with the sword, and escaped into the land of Ar′arat. And E′sar-had′don his son reigned in his stead.

New International Version
37 So Sennacherib(A) king of Assyria broke camp and withdrew. He returned to Nineveh(B) and stayed there.
38 One day, while he was worshiping in the temple(C) of his god Nisrok, his sons Adrammelek and Sharezer killed him with the sword, and they escaped to the land of Ararat.(D) And Esarhaddon(E) his son succeeded him as king.(F)
