3 Their eyes and ears will be open to the needs of the people. 4 They will not be impatient any longer, but they will act with understanding and will say what they mean. 5 No one will think that a fool is honorable or say that a scoundrel is honest.

New International Version

3 Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed,(A)
    and the ears(B) of those who hear will listen.
4 The fearful heart will know and understand,(C)
    and the stammering tongue(D) will be fluent and clear.
5 No longer will the fool(E) be called noble
    nor the scoundrel be highly respected.
