Isaiah 23:11-13
American Standard Version
11 He hath stretched out his hand over the sea, he hath shaken the kingdoms: Jehovah hath given commandment concerning [a]Canaan, to destroy the strongholds thereof. 12 And he said, Thou shalt no more rejoice, O thou oppressed virgin daughter of Sidon: arise, pass over to Kittim; even there shalt thou have no rest.
13 Behold, the land of the Chaldeans: [b]this people was not; the Assyrian founded it for them that dwell in the wilderness; they set up [c]their towers; they [d]overthrew the palaces thereof; they made it a ruin.

New International Version
11 The Lord has stretched out his hand(A) over the sea
and made its kingdoms tremble.(B)
He has given an order concerning Phoenicia
that her fortresses be destroyed.(C)
12 He said, “No more of your reveling,(D)
Virgin Daughter(E) Sidon, now crushed!
“Up, cross over to Cyprus;(F)
even there you will find no rest.”
13 Look at the land of the Babylonians,[a](G)
this people that is now of no account!
The Assyrians(H) have made it
a place for desert creatures;(I)
they raised up their siege towers,(J)
they stripped its fortresses bare
and turned it into a ruin.(K)
