3 Those who are left in Zion,(A) who remain(B) in Jerusalem, will be called holy,(C) all who are recorded(D) among the living in Jerusalem.

18 In that day(A) the deaf(B) will hear the words of the scroll,
and out of gloom and darkness(C)
the eyes of the blind will see.(D)
19 Once more the humble(E) will rejoice in the Lord;
the needy(F) will rejoice in the Holy One(G) of Israel.

the mockers(J) will disappear,
