Isaiah 15:2-3
New American Standard Bible
2 [a]The people have gone up to the [b]temple and to (A)Dibon, to the high places to weep.
Moab wails over Nebo and Medeba;
Everyone’s head is (B)bald and every beard is cut off.
3 In their streets they have put on (C)sackcloth;
(D)On their housetops and in their public squares
Everyone is wailing, [c](E)overcome with weeping.
