    And his burden will be removed from their shoulders.

²⁶ “This is what I plan to do for all the earth.
And this is the hand that I have ·raised [stretched out] over all nations.”

²⁷ When the Lord ·All-Powerful [Almighty; of Heaven’s Armies; ^Tof hosts] makes a plan,
    ·no one [^Lwho…?] can stop it.
When the Lord ·raises his hand to punish people [^Lstretches out his hand],
    ·no one [^Lwho…?] can stop it.
