Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.

10 Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.

11 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

    full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.(E)
13 You were in Eden,(F)
    the garden of God;(G)
every precious stone(H) adorned you:
    carnelian, chrysolite and emerald,
    topaz, onyx and jasper,
    lapis lazuli, turquoise(I) and beryl.[a]
Your settings and mountings[b] were made of gold;
    on the day you were created they were prepared.(J)
14 You were anointed(K) as a guardian cherub,(L)
    for so I ordained you.
You were on the holy mount of God;
    you walked among the fiery stones.
15 You were blameless in your ways
    from the day you were created
    till wickedness was found in you.
16 Through your widespread trade
    you were filled with violence,(M)
    and you sinned.
So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God,
    and I expelled you, guardian cherub,(N)
    from among the fiery stones.
