Isaiah 13:12-15

New International Version

¹² I will make people^(A) scarcer than pure gold,
    more rare than the gold of Ophir.^(B)
13 Therefore I will make the heavens tremble;^(C)
    and the earth will shake^(D) from its place
at the wrath^(E) of the Lord Almighty,
    in the day of his burning anger.^(F)

¹⁴ Like a hunted^(G) gazelle,
    like sheep without a shepherd,^(H)
they will all return to their own people,
    they will flee^(I) to their native land.^(J)
15 Whoever is captured will be thrust through;
    all who are caught will fall^(K) by the sword.^(L)
