¹¹ Thus I will ^(A)punish the world for its evil
And the ^(B)wicked for their iniquity;
I will also put an end to the ^(C)arrogance of the proud
And abase the ^(D)haughtiness of the ^[a](E)ruthless.

³ Therefore a strong people will ^(A)glorify You;
^(B)Cities of ruthless nations will revere You.

²⁰ For the ^(A)ruthless will come to an end and the ^(B)scorner will be finished,
Indeed ^(C)all who ^[a]are intent on doing evil will be cut off;
