American Standard Version

3 And [a]his [b]delight shall be in the fear of Jehovah; and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither decide after the hearing of his ears; 4 but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the [c]earth; and he shall smite the [d]earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. 5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his waist, and faithfulness the girdle of his loins.

3 and he will delight in the fear(A) of the Lord.

He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes,(B)
    or decide by what he hears with his ears;(C)
4 but with righteousness(D) he will judge the needy,(E)
    with justice(F) he will give decisions for the poor(G) of the earth.
He will strike(H) the earth with the rod of his mouth;(I)
    with the breath(J) of his lips he will slay the wicked.(K)
5 Righteousness will be his belt(L)
    and faithfulness(M) the sash around his waist.(N)
