Isaiah 10:31-33
New Life Version

31 Madmenah has run away. The people of Gebim have looked for a safe place. 32 Yet today he will stop at Nob. He shakes his hand at the mountain of the people of Zion, the hill of Jerusalem.

33 See, the Lord, the Lord of All, will cut off the branches with a great noise. Those who stand tall will be cut down. And those who are high will be brought low.

31 Madmenah is in flight;
    the people of Gebim take cover.
32 This day they will halt at Nob;(A)
    they will shake their fist(B)
at the mount of Daughter Zion,(C)
    at the hill of Jerusalem.

33 See, the Lord, the Lord Almighty,
    will lop off(D) the boughs with great power.
The lofty trees will be felled,(E)
    the tall(F) ones will be brought low.(G)
