Zion Corrupted, to Be Redeemed

⁵ and on her forehead a name was written, a ^(A)mystery, “^(B)BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF ^(C)THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”

¹⁵ And he *said to me, “The ^(A)waters which you saw where the harlot sits, are ^(B)peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues. ¹⁶ And the ^(C)ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her ^(D)desolate and ^(E)naked, and will ^(F)eat her flesh and will ^(G)burn her up with fire. ¹⁷ For ^(H)God has put it in their hearts to execute His ^[a]purpose ^[b]by ^(I)having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the ^(J)words of God will be fulfilled. ¹⁸ The woman whom you saw is ^(K)the great city, which ^[c]reigns over the kings of the earth.”

^2 (A)because His ^(B)judgments are ^(C)true and righteous; for He has judged the ^(D)great harlot who was corrupting the earth with her immorality, and He has ^(E)avenged the blood of His bond-servants ^[a]on her.”
