18 “Come now, let us settle the matter,”(A)
    says the Lord.
“Though your sins are like scarlet,

though they are red as crimson,

19 If you are willing and obedient,(D)

20 but if you resist and rebel,(F)

A Living Sacrifice

12 Therefore, I urge you,(A) brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice,(B) holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
