Contro l'entusiasmo di Gerusalemme
22 Oracolo sulla valle della Visione.
Che hai tu dunque, che sei salita
tutta sulle terrazze,
2 città rumorosa e tumultuante,
città gaudente?
I tuoi caduti non sono caduti di spada
né sono morti in battaglia.
3 Tutti i tuoi capi sono fuggiti insieme,
fatti prigionieri senza un tiro d'arco;
tutti i tuoi prodi sono stati catturati insieme,
o fuggirono lontano.
4 Per questo dico: «Stornate lo sguardo da me,
che io pianga amaramente;
non cercate di consolarmi
per la desolazione della figlia del mio popolo».
5 Poiché è un giorno di panico,
di distruzione e di smarrimento,
voluto dal Signore, Dio degli eserciti.
Nella valle della Visione un diroccare di mura
e un invocare aiuto verso i monti.
6 Gli Elamiti hanno preso la faretra;
gli Aramei montano i cavalli,
Kir ha tolto il fodero allo scudo.
7 Le migliori tra le tue valli
sono piene di carri;
i cavalieri si sono disposti contro la porta.
8 Così egli toglie la protezione di Giuda.
Voi guardavate in quel giorno
alle armi del palazzo della Foresta;
9 le brecce della città di Davide
avete visto quante fossero;
avete raccolto le acque della piscina inferiore,
10 avete contato le case di Gerusalemme
e demolito le case per fortificare le mura;
11 avete costruito un serbatoio fra i due muri
per le acque della piscina vecchia;
ma voi non avete guardato a chi ha fatto queste cose,
né avete visto chi ha preparato ciò da tempo.
12 Vi invitava il Signore, Dio degli eserciti, in quel giorno
al pianto e al lamento,
a rasarvi il capo e a vestire il sacco.
13 Ecco invece si gode e si sta allegri,
si sgozzano buoi e si scannano greggi,
si mangia carne e si beve vino:
«Si mangi e si beva, perché domani moriremo!».
14 Ma il Signore degli eserciti si è rivelato ai miei orecchi:
«Certo non sarà espiato questo vostro peccato,
finché non sarete morti»,
dice il Signore, Dio degli eserciti.
Contro Sebna
15 Così dice il Signore, Dio degli eserciti:
«Rècati da questo ministro,
presso Sebnà, il maggiordomo,
16 che si taglia in alto il sepolcro
e si scava nella rupe la tomba:
Che cosa possiedi tu qui e chi hai tu qui,
che ti stai scavando qui un sepolcro?
17 Ecco, il Signore ti scaglierà giù a precipizio, o uomo,
ti afferrerà saldamente,
18 ti rotolerà ben bene a rotoli
come palla, verso un esteso paese.
Là morirai e là finiranno i tuoi carri superbi,
o ignominia del palazzo del tuo padrone!
19 Ti toglierò la carica,
ti rovescerò dal tuo posto.
20 In quel giorno chiamerò il mio servo
Eliakìm, figlio di Chelkia;
21 lo rivestirò con la tua tunica,
lo cingerò della tua sciarpa
e metterò il tuo potere nelle sue mani.
Sarà un padre per gli abitanti di Gerusalemme
e per il casato di Giuda.
22 Gli porrò sulla spalla la chiave della casa di Davide;
se egli apre, nessuno chiuderà;
se egli chiude, nessuno potrà aprire.
23 Lo conficcherò come un paletto in luogo solido
e sarà un trono di gloria per la casa di suo padre.
24 A lui attaccheranno ogni gloria della casa di suo padre: discendenti e nipoti, ogni vaso anche piccolo, dalle tazze alle anfore».
25 In quel giorno - oracolo del Signore degli eserciti - cederà il paletto conficcato in luogo solido, si spezzerà, cadrà e andrà in frantumi tutto ciò che vi era appeso, perché il Signore ha parlato.

关于耶路撒冷的预言
22 以下是关于异象谷[a]的预言：
为什么你们全城的人都上到房顶呢？
2 你们这座充满喧闹、骚动和欢乐的城啊，
你们中间被杀的人既非丧身刀下，
也非死于战场。
3 你们的官长一起逃跑，
一箭未发便束手就缚，
逃到远方的也一同被擒。
4 所以，我说：“你们不要管我，
让我痛哭一场吧！
不要安慰我，
我的同胞都被毁灭了。”
5 主——万军之耶和华已经定了日子，
要使耶路撒冷饱受恐慌、
失败和混乱，
城墙被攻破，
哭喊声响彻山间。
6 以拦人带着箭袋，
率领战车和骑兵前来，
吉珥人也亮出盾牌。
7 你们佳美的山谷中布满战车，
骑兵在你们的城门前列阵。
8 犹大毫无防卫之力。
那时，你们依靠藏在林宫里的兵器。 9 你们看见大卫城破口累累，你们储存下池的水， 10 数点耶路撒冷城的房屋，把房屋拆掉修补城墙。 11 又在两道城墙之间建造新的蓄水池，用来盛旧池的水。耶和华从古时已定了这一切，要使这一切发生，但你们既不仰望祂，也不理会祂。
12 那日，万军之耶和华呼召你们哭泣哀号，
剃光头发，身披麻衣。
13 但你们还是欢喜作乐，
宰牛杀羊，喝酒吃肉，说：
“让我们吃喝吧！
因为明天我们就死了。”
14 万军之耶和华启示我说：
“你们这罪到死也得不到赦免。
这是主——万军之耶和华说的。”
15 主——万军之耶和华吩咐我去见宫廷总管舍伯那，对他说： 16 “你在这里做什么？你凭什么在这里为自己挖坟墓，在高处为自己挖坟墓，在磐石上为自己凿安息之所？ 17 看啊，你这有权有势的人，耶和华必紧紧抓住你，把你猛力抛开。 18 祂必把你揉作一团，像球一样扔到宽阔之地。在那里，你必死亡，你华美的战车也必遭毁灭，你是你主人家的羞辱。” 19 耶和华对舍伯那说：“我必解除你的官职，把你从高位上拉下来。
20 “到那日，我必召来我的仆人——希勒迦的儿子以利亚敬， 21 给他穿上你的朝服，系上你的腰带，把你的权柄交给他。他必像父亲一样保护耶路撒冷和犹大的人民。 22 我必把大卫家的钥匙交给他。他开启的，没有人能关；他关闭的，没有人能开。 23 我要使他像深嵌在坚固之处的橛子一样稳固，他必给他的家族带来尊荣。 24 他所有的亲属都靠他得荣耀，如同杯子和酒瓶等小器皿挂在一个橛子上。”
25 万军之耶和华说：“到那日，牢牢钉在坚固之处的钉子必松动，被砍落在地上，挂在上面的东西必被除掉。这是耶和华说的。”

Proclamation Against Jerusalem
22 The [a]burden against the Valley of Vision.
What ails you now, that you have all gone up to the housetops,
2 You who are full of noise,
A [b]tumultuous city, (A)a joyous city?
Your slain men are not slain with the sword,
Nor dead in battle.
3 All your rulers have fled together;
They are captured by the archers.
All who are found in you are bound together;
They have fled from afar.
4 Therefore I said, “Look away from me,
(B)I will weep bitterly;
Do not labor to comfort me
Because of the plundering of the daughter of my people.”
5 (C)For it is a day of trouble and treading down and perplexity
(D)By the Lord God of hosts
In the Valley of Vision—
Breaking down the walls
And of crying to the mountain.
6 (E)Elam bore the quiver
With chariots of men and horsemen,
And (F)Kir uncovered the shield.
7 It shall come to pass that your choicest valleys
Shall be full of chariots,
And the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.
8 (G)He removed the [c]protection of Judah.
You looked in that day to the armor (H)of the House of the Forest;
9 (I)You also saw the [d]damage to the city of David,
That it was great;
And you gathered together the waters of the lower pool.
10 You numbered the houses of Jerusalem,
And the houses you broke down
To fortify the wall.
11 (J)You also made a reservoir between the two walls
For the water of the old (K)pool.
But you did not look to its Maker,
Nor did you have respect for Him who fashioned it long ago.
12 And in that day the Lord God of hosts
(L)Called for weeping and for mourning,
(M)For baldness and for girding with sackcloth.
13 But instead, joy and gladness,
Slaying oxen and killing sheep,
Eating meat and (N)drinking wine:
(O)“Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die!”
14 (P)Then it was revealed in my hearing by the Lord of hosts,
“Surely for this iniquity there (Q)will be no atonement for you,
Even to your death,” says the Lord God of hosts.
The Judgment on Shebna
15 Thus says the Lord God of hosts:
“Go, proceed to this steward,
To (R)Shebna, who is over the house, and say:
16 ‘What have you here, and whom have you here,
That you have hewn a sepulcher here,
As he (S)who hews himself a sepulcher on high,
Who carves a tomb for himself in a rock?
17 Indeed, the Lord will throw you away violently,
O mighty man,
(T)And will surely seize you.
18 He will surely turn violently and toss you like a ball
Into a large country;
There you shall die, and there (U)your glorious chariots
Shall be the shame of your master’s house.
19 So I will drive you out of your office,
And from your position [e]he will pull you down.
20 ‘Then it shall be in that day,
That I will call My servant (V)Eliakim the son of Hilkiah;
21 I will clothe him with your robe
And strengthen him with your belt;
I will commit your responsibility into his hand.
He shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem
And to the house of Judah.
22 The key of the house of David
I will lay on his (W)shoulder;
So he shall (X)open, and no one shall shut;
And he shall shut, and no one shall open.
23 I will fasten him as (Y)a peg in a secure place,
And he will become a glorious throne to his father’s house.
24 ‘They will hang on him all the glory of his father’s house, the offspring and the posterity, all vessels of small quantity, from the cups to all the pitchers. 25 In that day,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘the peg that is fastened in the secure place will be removed and be cut down and fall, and the burden that was on it will be cut off; for the Lord has spoken.’ ”
