Isaiah 20:3-5

New International Version

³ Then the Lord said, “Just as my servant^(A) Isaiah has gone stripped and barefoot for three years,^(B) as a sign^(C) and portent^(D) against Egypt^(E) and Cush,^{[a](F) 4} so the king^(G) of Assyria will lead away stripped^(H) and barefoot the Egyptian captives^(I) and Cushite^(J) exiles, young and old, with buttocks bared^(K)—to Egypt’s shame.^{(L) 5} Those who trusted^(M) in Cush^(N) and boasted in Egypt^(O) will be dismayed and put to shame.^(P)
