4 Il jugera les pauvres ╵avec justice,
et il arbitrera ╵selon le droit
en faveur des malheureux du pays.
Il frappera la terre ╵de sa parole ╵comme avec un bâton ;
le souffle de sa bouche ╵abattra le méchant[a].
