⁴ but with righteousness he shall judge for the poor
    and decide with equity for the oppressed of the earth;
he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth,
    and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked.^(A)

⁵ Therefore I have hewn them by the prophets;
    I have killed them by the words of my mouth,
    and my^[a] judgment goes forth as the light.^(A)
