Isaiah 45:22-23

²² Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth,
    for I am God and there is none besides me.
²³ I have sworn by myself;
    a word that^[a] shall not return has gone forth from my mouth in righteousness:
‘Every knee shall kneel down to me;
    every tongue shall swear.’
