¹¹ In that day^(A) the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant^(B) of his people from Assyria,^(C) from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt,^(D) from Cush,^[a](E) from Elam,^(F) from Babylonia,^[b] from Hamath^(G) and from the islands^(H) of the Mediterranean.^(I)

²⁶ But the Jerusalem that is above^(A) is free, and she is our mother.

¹⁹ “I will set a sign^(A) among them, and I will send some of those who survive^(B) to the nations—to Tarshish,^(C) to the Libyans^[a] and Lydians^(D) (famous as archers), to Tubal^(E) and Greece,^(F) and to the distant islands^(G) that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory.^(H) They will proclaim my glory among the nations. ²⁰ And they will bring^(I) all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain^(J) in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord—on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,”^(K) says the Lord. “They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels.^(L)
