⁴ Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood.

¹³ And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

⁴ Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.

²¹ Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.

¹⁷ As yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go?

⁶ For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

⁶ Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

² Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

³ Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

⁴ And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

¹⁶ He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
