¹⁵ If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing;
    whoever attacks you will surrender^(A) to you.

¹¹ “All who rage^(A) against you
    will surely be ashamed and disgraced;^(B)
those who oppose^(C) you
    will be as nothing and perish.^(D)
12 Though you search for your enemies,
    you will not find them.^(E)
Those who wage war against you
    will be as nothing^(F) at all.
¹³ For I am the Lord your God
    who takes hold of your right hand^(G)
and says to you, Do not fear;
    I will help^(H) you.
¹⁴ Do not be afraid,^(I) you worm^(J) Jacob,
    little Israel, do not fear,
for I myself will help^(K) you,” declares the Lord,
    your Redeemer,^(L) the Holy One^(M) of Israel.
¹⁵ “See, I will make you into a threshing sledge,^(N)
    new and sharp, with many teeth.
You will thresh the mountains^(O) and crush them,
    and reduce the hills to chaff.^(P)
16 You will winnow^(Q) them, the wind will pick them up,
    and a gale^(R) will blow them away.^(S)
But you will rejoice^(T) in the Lord
    and glory^(U) in the Holy One^(V) of Israel.

¹² The wicked plot^(A) against the righteous
    and gnash their teeth^(B) at them;
¹³ but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
    for he knows their day is coming.^(C)
