^13 (A)I bring near my righteousness; it is not far off,
    and my salvation will not delay;
^(B)I will put salvation in Zion,
    for Israel my glory.”

³ to grant to those who mourn in Zion—
    ^(A)to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes,
^(B)the oil of gladness instead of mourning,
    the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
^(C)that they may be called oaks of righteousness,
    the planting of the Lord, ^(D)that he may be glorified.^[a]

¹¹ Behold, the Lord has proclaimed
    to the end of the earth:
^(A)Say to the daughter of Zion,
    ^(B)“Behold, your salvation comes;
behold, his reward is with him,
    and his recompense before him.”

^5 (A)My righteousness draws near,
    my salvation has gone out,
    and my arms will judge the peoples;
^(B)the coastlands hope for me,
    and for my arm they wait.

³ For still ^(A)the vision awaits its appointed time;
    it hastens to the end—it will not lie.
If it seems slow, ^(B)wait for it;
    ^(C)it will surely come; it will not delay.
